Advaitic orthodoxy has to be dropped to understand and assimilate the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.+

Advaitic orthodoxy has to be dropped to understand and assimilate the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.

Gaudapada says that: - The merciful Veda teaches karma and Upaasana to people of lower and middling intellect, while Jnana is taught to those of higher intellect.
Sage Sankara gave religious, rituals, and dogmatic instruction to the mass but pure philosophy only to the few who could rise to it. Hence the interpretation of his writings by commentators is often confusing because they mix up the two viewpoints. Thus, they may assert that ritual is a means of realizing Brahman, which is absurd.
This clearly indicates that religion, which is based on individual conduct, prescribes karma and Upasana to people of lower and middling intellect, therefore religion is for the lower intellect. And wisdom is for those who are capable of inquiring into their own existence to know and realize the ultimate truth, which is Brahman or God in truth
There are two kinds of audiences - The ordinary ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices, and the most advanced seeker who seeks to know the truth beyond the form, time, and space.
The religious orthodoxy is meant for the first audience, to help lead its followers along the way. The Atmic path emphasis on the Advaitic wisdom is meant for those who wish to go beyond such transient pleasures.
Although Sage Sankara puts the mystic goal highest in his mystical books, he is careful to say that this goal leads to Brahman, not that it is a realization.

Sage Goudpada says: ~ The merciful Veda teaches karma and Upasana to people of lower and middling intellect while jnana is taught to those of higher intellect.

According to Advaita Vedanta, the Veda addresses itself to two kinds of audiences - the ordinary ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices, and the most advanced seeker who seeks to know Brahman. Thus, the Purva mimam. sa, with its emphasis on the karma kanda of the Vedas, is meant for the first audience, to help lead its followers along the way. However, the Vedanta, with its emphasis on the jnana kanda, is meant for those who wish to go beyond such transient pleasures.

Sage Sankara was criticized for his views on Maya (illusion) without understanding him.

Sage Sankara said: ~

(1) Brahman (Atman) is real

(2) The universe is unreal,

(3) Brahman is the universe.

He did not stop at the second because the third explains the other two. It signifies that the universe is real if perceived as the ‘Self’ and unreal if perceived as apart from the Self. Hence, Maya or illusion and reality are one and the same.

The realists criticize the concept of illusion without understanding it. Sage Sankara said that:~

(1) Consciousness (Atman) is real

(2) The universe or mind is unreal

(3) Consciousness is the universe because the universe is an illusion created out of consciousness.

One need not stop at the second because the third explains the other two. It signifies that the universe is real if perceived as the Self (Atman or consciousness) and unreal if perceived as apart from the Self (consciousness). Hence, illusion and reality are one and the same because both are one in essence.

Realizing the essence, which is the Soul as the Self, is Self-Realization or Truth-Realization of God-Realization.

Sage Sankara‘s declaration is the rational truth, scientific truth, and also the ultimate truth or God in truth.

The world is both real and unreal. It is real because it is a manifestation of consciousness, but is unreal, in the sense, that it is not absolute and eternal like consciousness itself.

People's approach is more practical, and they stuck with the reality of the world, they take it as real. That is why all the confusion.

In Self-awareness-- the witness and witnessed are one in essence. That essence is consciousness. There is no second thing that exists other than consciousness.

Thus, whatever is seen, known, believed, and experienced as a person is a reality within the waking experience (duality) but waking experience (duality) itself is merely an illusion.

The Soul which is present in the form of consciousness is the Self. The Soul is the witness that experiences the action, the actor, and the world of separate things. It is like a light that illuminates everything in a theatre, revealing the master of ceremonies, the guests, and the dancers with complete impartiality. Even when they all depart, the light shines to reveal their absence.

What is not consciousness (nondual) in the three states because the three states are created out of consciousness? The three states cease to exist without consciousness. The seeker, seeking and his destination all are one in essence.

There is only a need to realize the whole universe in which we exist is created out of the Soul or consciousness. From the standpoint of the Soul the Self, the universe is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul the Self, no second thing exists other than consciousness. Thus,   consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman is God in truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The waking becomes deep sleep and deep sleep becomes dream but the Soul, the ‘Self’ remains unaffected witnessing the illusory passing show.+

You and your experience of the world disappear when the waking experience disappears. The waking experience disappears in deep sleep. The dream disappears when waking takes place. Neither is waking nor the dream in deep sleep.
The seeker has to find out ‘what is it’ that’ becomes the waking or dream (duality) and ‘what is it that becomes the deep sleep (nonduality).
The one that becomes the dual (waking or dream) and that one that becomes non-dual (deep sleep), is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
The Soul is the Self. In the realm of the Soul, diversity has no value because there is unity in diversity in consciousness.

All three states are made of single stuff. Realizing that single Stuff, which is the Soul is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Remember:~

The waking becomes deep sleep and deep sleep become a dream but the Soul, the ‘Self’ remains unaffected witnessing the illusory passing show.

You are not the witness because you are not the Self. The Soul is the witness of the ‘I’, which appears and disappears.

Do not make the mistake of saying ‘I AM THIS or I AM THAT - without knowing what this ‘I’ is in actuality.

However many books you read. However many gurus you follow, However, many Gods you worship what good will they do you if you do not realize the fact that the ‘Self is not you but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

You have to drop all your accumulated knowledge accumulated from different sources as inadequate and useless. You will realize the truth hidden by ignorance only after you drop your accumulated knowledge, which is blocking your realization of the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

The Advaitic truth has to be proved not assumed. The gurus of the east and west have not proved the Sage Sankara’s Advaitic truth because their knowledge of Advaita is based on the dualistic perspective.

Seekers of truth have to realize how this practical life within the practical world is unreal. And on ‘what standpoint it is unreal.

It is foolish to cling to the unreality because the reality is hidden by the unreality. The people have stuck by the reality of the world and they stop there.

Only when we independently search the truth without religion, yoga, and its doctrine then we will be able to realize the truth beyond form, time, and space.

Unless you exercise your reason (Buddhi) -there is no chance of getting the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.:~Santthosh Kumaar

The world along with you is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.+

You are nothing to do with the Soul, the Self. The world in which you exist is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self because  the world along with you is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

The one which is born, lives, and dies in this world is ‘you’. The Self is not you but the Self is the Soul because the Soul is unborn eternal.

You and the world in which you exist are limited to the domain of form, time, and space.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the form, time, and space are merely an illusion.

If the form, time, and space are an illusion then the ‘I’ is an illusion.

If the ‘I’ is an illusion then the universe is merely an illusion.

If the universe is an illusion then the experience of birth, life, and death is merely an illusion.

The Soul, the 'Self' hidden by the illusion. It is hidden by the illusion because the Soul is the cause of the illusion and it itself is uncaused.

Perfect understanding of ‘what is what is needed to realize the truth, which is beyond the ‘I’.

What is the use of finding out ‘who you are?’ It is an undeniable fact that you are the birth entity born in this world.

You think you are an individual separate from the world. You think the world existed prior to you and you are born in it but you are unaware of the fact that you and your experience of birth, life, death, and the world are a reality within the dualistic illusion or Maya. The dualistic illusion or Maya is present in the form of the ‘I’.

Why you are saying I AM THAT when the Self is not you but the Soul, which is hidden by the ‘I’.

You are saying I AM THAT within the world in which you exist. The world in which you exist is the dualistic illusion or Maya.

What is the use of saying I AM THAT within the dualistic illusion or Maya?

The dualistic illusion or Maya hides the Self. Realize the ‘Self’ is not you but the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

The dualistic illusion or Maya is present in the form of the ‘I’. The ‘I’ appears and disappears. The ‘Self is not the ‘I’. The Soul, the ‘Self’ is always present is hidden by the ‘I’.:~Santthosh Kumaar

The quest will end only when the seeker acquire Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.+

The quest will end only when the seeker acquires the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara. Your quest is over. You need not search for the truth. Sage Sankara has already declared 'what is the ultimate truth' and 'what is the untruth'. His declaration is final. There is no need to follow anyone or any teaching.

Sage Sankara says: ~ Atman is Brahman. The Atman alone is real is not religious truth. Sage Sankara declared this Advaitic truth, which is the ultimate truth to the whole world, many centuries back is the rational truth, scientific truth, and the ultimate truth.

The Atman which is present in the form of the consciousness is real and eternal, the world in which we exist is merely an illusion or Maya.

There is no need to search for the truth the truth is already declared by Sage Sankara you have to realize the world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. to realize this simple truth, why you are struggling.

That is why Bhagavan Buddha: ~ Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders.

That is why Sage Sankara says:~ VC-65- As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.

To realize the Self’ is not you, but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, there is no need for a Guru, there is no need to study scriptures, there is no need to go to the mountain, there is no need for gurus blessing or grace. There is no need to waste your fortune and precious time of your life. There is no need to follow anyone

If you have an intense urge and are ready to drop all your accumulated knowledge and start afresh then you are fit and ready to take this mental journey.

Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," if you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

So-called spiritual paths are useless unless it causes us to seek the truth of our true existence. All controversies about creation, the nature of the universe, evolution, the purpose of God, etc., are useless in the Atmic path.

Bhagavan Buddha: ~ There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth: not going all the way... and not starting.

Throw your mental garbage and start NOW.

Swami Vivekananda:~ This bending the knee to superstitions, this selling yourself to your own mind does not befit you, the Soul. Self is infinite, deathless, and birthless. Because the Self is infinite Spirit, it does not befit you to be a slave. ... Arise! Awake!

Sage Sankara said: ~ Neither by the practice of yoga nor philosophy, nor by good works nor by learning, does liberation come, but only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way. ( 1) Vivekachoodamani v 56, pg 25

Why you are waiting, conquer the truth on your own independently. That is what Sages of truth want you to do. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

There is no need for a Guru to acquire the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.+

A Guru is needed in the religious and the yogic path. There is no need for a Guru to acquire the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.

Gurus have made Spirituality or Adyathma very complicated with their excessive analysis.

A person who realized the ultimate truth or Brahman will throw off his religious robe and all religious identity and live like a commoner. He never identifies himself as Gnani nor does he identify himself as superior to others. He only shares his knowledge with fellow seekers.

A Gnani never identifies himself as a Guru or a Yogi or someone disciple. The one who accepts himself as a Guru or someone’s disciple is not a Gnani.

Ashtavakra Samhita: ~ "The man of knowledge (Gnani), though living like an ordinary man, is contrary to him and only those like him understand his state.

Sage Sankara: ~ "Though I wear these robes of a Sanyasin, it is only for the sake of bread."

So he wore a Guru's robe only for the sake of the ignorant. So he was identified as Guru with parampara by religious people. For the truth seekers, Sage Sri, Sankara is a Brahma Gnani.

Sage Sankara himself said: ~ A Gnani "bears no outward mark of a holy man" (Stanza 539).

Thus, it proves that the religious gurus and yogis are not Gnanis because they identified themselves as holy people.

All those who were the sanyasin robes are wearing it for the sake of bread belongs to the religion; they are nothing to do with the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. There is no need to criticize and condemn the gurus, yogis, and swamis because they are needed for the welfare of ignorant masses in the dualistic world.

Even Swami Vivekananda was Ramakrishna Paramahansa's disciple. Swami Vivekananda himself said: ~ “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher, but your Soul.

Remember:~

Many people are stuck to the idea that without a Guru, Truth -realization is impossible. Guru is only a religious fable. They do not even know that the Guru teaches, is the truth.

Gurus themselves dwelling in darkness preach their way is the only way and the followers of the gurus follow the dualistic path like the blind led by the blind.

The Guru is useless so long as the ultimate truth is unknown, and Guru is equally useless when the ultimate truth or Brahman has already been known.

Veda bars worship and glorify the Gurus and Yogis (human form) in place of God. Such worships are barred by Vedas and it also warns people who indulge in such activities are enveloped in still greater darkness, in other words, they are extremely foolish, fall into an awful hell of pain and sorrow, and suffer terribly for a long time

Vedas bar human worship: ~

Yajurveda:~

Translation:~

"They are enveloped in darkness, in other words, are steeped in ignorance and sunk in the greatest depths of misery who worship the uncreated, eternal prakrti -- the material cause of the world -- in place of the All-pervading God, But those who worship visible things born of the prakrti, such as the earth, trees, bodies (human and the like) in place of God are enveloped in still greater darkness, in other words, they are extremely foolish, fall into an awful hell of pain and sorrow, and suffer terribly for a long time."- (Yajurveda 40:9)

Remember:~

The Upanishads are the only scriptures in the world that declare: ~ It is impossible to find and realize the truth via religion and scriptural study.

If Sage Sankara has declared the world is myth Brahman alone is real then it is time for everyone to overcome ignorance and realize the truth to realize what Sage Sankara said was the truth or not.

It is time for the reform of human society free from dogmas and superstition. With nagging orthodox parents trying to impose their orthodox ideas on their children staying in the Self-imposed prison of orthodoxy without realizing they are on the wrong path and they think they are on the right path to Moksha. The orthodox people live in the prison of dogmas.

Orthodox people expect their clan to follow a certain outdated religious code of conduct (Shastras) and live dogmatically following the traditional lifestyle. Those who followed the orthodoxy are favored and others are condemned they are thinking they are going to get Moksha by doing this act. Their chosen path is meant for the ignorant populace who have a sheepish mentality blindly accepting the inherited dogmas.

It is high time to stop judging who is right and who is wrong in this unreal world instead spend the same time acquiring Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to realize the world(samsara) is unreal the Brahman alone is real.

It is high time for the educated orthodox followers to realize their religion-based orthodox path was meant for the ignorant populace in the past, therefore, it is not suited for the modern mindset.

The orthodox seekers are the ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices.

When Sage Sankara says the world is an illusion, it includes birth, life, and death, which happens within the world. Thus the seeker's main aim is to mentally trace the formless substance of the illusion, which is also the witness of the illusion. The formless substance and witness of the illusion (world), is the Atman, and this Atman itself is Brahman.

All desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices are of the dualistic illusion. Therefore, heaven and other pleasures are nothing but imagination based on the false self within the false experience. All the result of rituals, sacrifices is nothing but a myth propagated by the belief system.

It is time to stop imposing their inherited ideas on the children, which block their reasoning power believing all the myths propagated in the past by the belief system as truth. The path of the wisdom of Sage Sankara is most suited for the modern mindset. The orthodox religious Advaitic path is nothing to do with ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Sage Sankara said:~ Talk as much philosophy as you like, worship as many Gods as you please, observe ceremonies, and sing devotional hymns, but liberation will never come, even after a hundred aeons, without realizing the Oneness.

Getting stuck with the religious path is getting stuck with ignorance. Getting stuck with ignorance is getting stuck with dualistic illusion or Maya.

Getting stuck with the dualistic illusion or Maya is accepting the experience of birth, life, death, and the world as a reality. Thus, people who want freedom or Moksha right here right now must that is in this very life and this very world must follow the Soulcentric path of wisdom. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

From the dualistic perspective, the world in which we exist is a reality. From the non-dualistic perspective, the world in which we exist is an illusion.+

Just the way Light destroys the darkness. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana will dispel the clouds covering the path to Liberation.
Humility, patience seriousness, sincerity, and an intense urge to realize the truth of his true existence will help the seeker to remove all the obstacles and show the path to liberation.
The Soul, the ‘Self’ is hidden by ignorance. Through Self-knowledge, ignorance vanishes. The Soul remains in its own awareness without ignorance. In self-awareness, the Soul shines as the fullness of the consciousness, without the illusory division of the form, time, and space.
The Soul, which is the fullness of the consciousness alone, is eternal. Self-knowledge removes ignorance. Self-knowledge removes the knowledge of the individual. Thus, the Soul loses the apparent hold of ignorance upon itself. And it frees itself from experiencing the dualistic illusion as a reality~ that is Liberation.
From the standpoint of the Soul, there is no such thing as internal or external. Within the dualistic illusion, you create your own set of impressions and experiences and you accept the dualistic illusion as reality.
Personal -realization of the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space, is independent and convincing evidence.

Remember:~
People’s individual experience cannot be disputed because the experience they went through was real to them; though that may not be real from the absolute standpoint.
The seeker has to make a distinction between the dualistic perspective view and the non-dualistic perspective of the worldview, to realize ‘what is truth’ and ‘what is untruth’.
From the dualistic perspective, the world in which we exist is a reality.
From the non-dualistic perspective, the world in which we exist is an illusion.
Thus, it is necessary to realize on what standpoint the world in which we exist, is reality and on ‘what standpoint the world in which we exist is an illusion.
Because you hold the Self’ as ‘I’ you are misled, All this because you are stuck up with some gurus and their teaching as ultimate. There is no Guru whose teaching takes you to realize the Advaitic truth expounded by Sage Sankara.
Never use the word ‘I’ or ‘I AM’ for identifying the Soul, the innermost Self because the ‘I’ represents ignorance, illusion, physicality, and duality.
Bhagvad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16
The seeker has to make sure what is this ‘I’ supposed to be? The seeker has to make sure the unreal nature of the ‘I’ which comes and goes in order to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.
That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)
The ‘I’ hides the Soul, which is the cause of the universe.
People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.
That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.
People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take as real because some Gurus have propagated the Self is the ‘I’. is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.
That is why Sage Sankara says: - VC-65- As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.
People refuse to accept anything other than their Gurus words. For them, their Gurus words are the ultimate truth. They do not accept anything else other than their accepted truth. There is no need to convince such a mindset.

Such a mindset is not fit to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The seekers of truth accept only the truth nothing but the uncontradictable truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Religion breeds superstition because religion is based on blind belief. Whatever is based on blind belief is superstition.+

Superstition:~

People all over the world in the past and present accepted the idea of the existence of God. The fear of the God injected by the religion was the root cause of worship, superstitions, and dogmas. The religious beliefs were passed on to the populace from one generation to the next generation.
It is necessary to realize what God is supposed to be to realize God in truth.
Sage Sankara said:~Talk as much philosophy as you like, worship as many Gods as you please, observe ceremonies, and sing devotional hymns, but liberation will never come, even after a hundred aeons, without realizing the Oneness.
Bhagavad Gita Chapter: ~ “All those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship many God s. (7- Verse -20)
Swami Vivekananda: ~ “The masses in India cry to sixty million Gods, and still die like dogs. Where are these Gods? (In San Francisco, on May 28, 1900, of Swami Vivekananda/volume 1)
Religion breeds superstition because religion is based on blind belief. Whatever is based on blind belief is superstition.
God in truth is not belief. One must know God in truth. Without knowing what God is supposed to be in actuality worshipping Gods based on blind belief or blind faith is superstition.
Worshipping superstitious Gods barred by Vedas. Know what God is supposed to be according to Vedas Upanishads Bhagvad Gita and Bible.

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

Do not accept any other God other than the Soul. The Soul is God in truth,  Nothing is real but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Nothing matters but realize  God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything. Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is real and eternal and all else is an illusion.

Brahman is merely a word to indicate the ultimate truth or God in truth.  The ultimate truth itself is God in truth.

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ God is Supreme Spirit has no ‘Pratima’ (idol) or material shape. God cannot be seen directly by anyone. God pervades all beings and all directions.

Thus, Idolatry does not find any support from the Vedas.

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman (Soul or Spirit) is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman the innermost self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)
Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God) is the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.
Kena Upanishad (6) Chapter I: ~ “That which cannot be apprehended by the mind, but by which, they say, the mind is apprehended-That alone know as Brahman(God), and not that which people here worship.
Kena Upanishad (7) Chapter I:~ That which cannot be perceived by the eye, but by which the eye is perceived-That alone know as Brahman (God), and not that which people here worship.
Kena Upanishad (Chapter I:~ That which cannot be heard by the ear, but by which the hearing is perceived-That alone know as Brahman(God), and not that which people here worship.
Kena Upanishad (9)- Chapter I:~ That which cannot be smelt by the breath, but by which the breath smells an object-That alone know as Brahman(God), and not that which people here worship.
Lord Krishna Says Ch. V:~ “Those who know the Self e in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.
Bhagavad Gita says: ~ “Brahmano hi pratisthaham- Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material (Gita 14.27)
When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.
Vedas, Upanishad, and Bhagavad Gita confirm the Soul, the innermost Self, is present in the form of the Spirit or the consciousness is God in truth.
Bible says: ~ “God is a Spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth (John 4:24)”,
The Spirit is the root element of the universe. The Spirit is present in the form of the Soul, the innermost Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. From the Spirit, the universe comes into existence. In the Spirit, the universe resides. And into the Spirit, the universe is dissolved. The Spirit is the parent of all that is there is.
Swami Vivekananda: ~ “If superstition enters, the brain is gone. Superstition is our great enemy, but bigotry is worse.

Remember:~

How can you worship the Absolute? That implies two ~ the worshipper and the worshipped, whereas the Absolute is nondual. One can worship his idea of the Absolute only or realize his unity with it when he can’t worship it as apart.
The Upanishads say in effect that ~ If you believe that the ‘the Soul, the innermost Self’ is one and God (Brahman) is another you cannot understand Truth.
The religion preaches that God is one and the ways to God are many. It simply tries to lead them to darkness with its dogma and idea of many Gods, which is apart from the Self.
Realizing the single stuff of which this universe in which you exist is made, is Truth realization or Self-realization or God-realization.
When the expression itself is illusory, then the evolution within the illusory expression is bound to be an illusion. Thus, the evolution theory holds no water from the standpoint of the Soul, the innermost Self.
Truth realization is Self-realization and Self-realization is God-realization and God-realization is real worship. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

The real God is stolen by ignorance, and people worship ignorance as real God.+
