Meditation is not the means to acquire Advaitic wisdom.+

Sage Sankara says ~ The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation.

Meditation is not a mechanical process of forcing your attention upon an idea or object. Meditation is not the means to acquire Advaitic wisdom. Meditation is not a means to find the truth hidden by form, time, and space. Without realizing the ‘Self-is not you but the Self is the Soul all the effort used in the meditation leads to hallucinate thoughtlessness.

What is the use of doing meditation on the base of the waking entity, which is the false self within the false experience? Meditation is not the means to Self–Knowledge or  Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Meditation is not the goal itself because it is practiced on the base false self (waking entity or ego) within the false experience (waking). Meditation is not the means to Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Meditation is not meditating on the object, but realizing the object is not the Subject.

The Soul is the subject. The world is an object.

The world in which you exist is an object to the Soul, the Self.

Remember, you are part of the illusory objective world.

Chandogya Upanishad:~ One who meditates upon and realizes the Self discovers that everything in the cosmos-- energy and space, fire and water, name and form, birth and death, mind and will, word and deed, mantrams and meditation--all come from the Self.

People dip into meditation, but they do not understand that that is only one-half of the truth and that this dipping is also a mental discipline for them to understand the true nature of the external universe, which understanding they must next get if they are to become a Gnani.

For meditation, one needs not sit and chant Gods name or concentrate on some object. Anything you do will not be meditation. If there is a doer then it is not meditation. As long as there is doing, there is ignorance. As long as the doer is present, the ego is present. If the ego is present the whole world is present. If the world is present the duality is present. If the duality is present then there is an illusion. If the illusion is present the birth, life, death, and the world is experienced as reality.

By realizing the world in which you exist is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana leads to Self-awareness.

In Self-awareness, the Soul, the innermost self, remains in its own awareness in the midst of the form, time, and space. Thus, self-awareness is real meditation. Mediation is the nature of the Soul, the innermost Self.

Remember:~

Meditation is a good and valuable tool in practical life within the practical world to overcome the stress of practical life.

It is an important and useful tool to quiet the physical –mind or ego and emotions. Once the turbulent tendencies of the physical mind or ego and emotions are brought into harmony, clarity and renewed strength are available to meet and overcome each life challenge as it presents itself in practical life. Thus meditation and yoga are useful as preparatory stages in pursuit of truth.

Meditation will not eliminate our life challenges but can enable us to harmonize our physical –mind or ego and emotions and to focus that energy like a powerful beam of light on the challenges that lie ahead in practical life with the practical world.  But the seeker has to realize the fact that, the practical life within the practical world is nothing to do with the formless soul, the innermost self, which is beyond form, time, and space.

Wisdom dawns only when ignorance vanishes. Ignorance vanishes only when the waking entity (ego) becomes aware of the fact that it itself is not the Self. Thus, by practicing meditation on the false self within the false experience the ignorance will remain deeply rooted.

All physical-based paths and practices are not the means to acquire Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.  Thus trying to acquire Self-Knowledge through meditation and other yogic practices is like trying to catch fish in the desert sand.

Most of the dualistic sages approach was more practical, and they stuck with the reality of the world, they took it as real.  Whereas Sage Sankara says: one must first know what is before him. If he cannot know that, what else can he know or understand? If he gives up the external world in his inquiry, he cannot get the whole truth.

Sage Sankara says:~VC-63. Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the Self, how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech

Yoga Vasishta, says: - that the world is both real and unreal. It is real because it is a manifestation of consciousness, but is unreal, in the sense, that it is not absolute and eternal like consciousness itself.

One becomes many and many become one. One exists as, ultimate truth or Brahman. That ultimate truth is formless soul or consciousness.  The Soul becomes the universe and the universe becomes the Soul.

Thus the Soul or consciousness is not limited to a physical entity within the universe because it pervades everything and everywhere in all three states.  Thus, limiting the soul or consciousness to the physical entity is the cause of ignorance.

All the teachers and teachings of the world stuck up limiting the Soul to the physical entity or ego and base their theories on the physical entity alone.

Even in Buddhism: - Buddhist teaching has itself become a kind of interactive and self-evolving process, much like its idea of pratityasamutpada. However, the end goal is still Nirvana, which is an experience ultimately beyond all concepts and language, even beyond the Buddhist teachings. In the end, even the attachment to the Dharma, the Buddhist teaching, must be dropped like all other attachments. The tradition compares the teaching to a raft upon which one crosses a swift river to get to the other side; once one is on the far shore; there is no longer any need to carry the raft. The far shore is Nirvana, and it is also said that when one arrives, one can see quite clearly that there was never any river at all.

The scriptures and theories and teaching based on the ego are not a yardstick. Using them as a yardstick to understand and assimilate the truth will lead one towards the pursuit of arguments. The seeker of truth has to discover on his own, the truth of his true existence by inquiring “what is mind?” and “what is the substance of the mind?” and move forward.

The ultimate truth is one without the second, the one is not in the sense half or two, but the one that remains forever One, without the second.  The consciousness is all-pervading. There is no place where consciousness is not.

Consciousness is in everyone, consciousness is in everything .consciousness is one behind many. Consciousness alone is. It means the universe is the visible form of consciousness.:~Santthosh Kumaar

It is necessary for the seeker to go beyond WHO AM 'I'? inquiry to cross the threshold of duality.+

Bhagavan Buddha said: -
Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true.

The word Brahman or Sat has no proper equivalent in English. The nearest is the ultimate reality or the ultimate truth. The intellectuals however apply reality to individual objects or to the multiplicity of them all, whereas Advaitins apply it to the non-duality. Brahman is called "That" because it is something not known yet by the seeker.

The Seeker has to overcome all the doubts and confusion in later stages in Self-inquiry. The seeker finds some doubts and confusion, which cannot be overcome if the inquiry is practiced in the present format prescribed in the Self-inquiry book. The deeper self-search reveals the fact that the self-inquiry in the present format will yield the only half-truth.

Some of the doubts and confusion in the Self-inquiry book:-

If the mind is the same as Atman (consciousness), how can it vanish--when the mind appears and disappears as Waking or dream?

How can one be certain when one leaves the external world--when the person is within the world?

Why leave the external world when everything is Brahman---when everything is Brahman why create division between the world and its perceiver?

How can the world alone cease to exist if one does not look at it—how can the person remain without the world and where he will exist without the world?

Who has the subtle mind projecting through the brain and senses? How can one see his subtle mind?--when the brain is also a piece of the gross matter? ---then how can the brain come into existence after the world is created if the latter depends on the brain.

The heart is an idea created by the mind, how the mind can emerge from it---when the heart disappears along with the mind and reappears along with the mind, how the mind emerges from it.

In deep sleep, swoon, and trance, the mind turns inwards and enjoys its natural state--if so why should one inquire if one gets Atman in sleep. With drugs, one can get sleep and peace or bliss.

If sleep gives Brahman then why trouble with inquiry--better get it through pills. There are many seekers practicing inquiry for many years and waiting for something mystical to happen, why nothing happens, and why their inquiry does not yield fruits.

Since  Sage Ramana Maharishi is not present physically to guide us, therefore, the seeker to overcome these obstacles in the path of inquiry on his own.

I was surprised to know David Godman’s interview with Mr. Sivapraksh Pillai (one of the close aid to Sage Ramana Maharishi) that even after 50 long years he was unable to achieve his goal through inquiry, hats off to his sincere and honest statement.

In my honest opinion with all the due respect to every person who was involved in recording and publishing the Self-inquiry which is the greatest treasure and which opens the golden gate to the seeker to enter into the spiritual world from the religious world, still, there is lots confusion and doubts which are impossible to get answer the way the inquiry is presented in the books. But one will be able to overcome the same after lots of research.

It is impossible to do research in the present framework of the Self-inquiry. Since everyone is waiting for some mystic experience to happen and refuses to verify and accept the truth because of their conservative outlook. Even the intellectual- classes who have authored many books are viewed and judged Ramana from a mystic point of view were unable to deliver goods due to their inherited religious background. Sri, Ramana Maharishi was mystic for the mass but he was Gnani for the class.

It also becomes evident that different people who have interviewed Sage Ramana Maharishi at different times had different backgrounds and mindsets. Therefore it is necessary to bifurcate the religious views of Sage Ramana Maharishi from his spiritual views to get the hidden essence of Sage Ramana Maharishi’s teaching.  The great Sage  Ramana Maharishi  WHO AM "I?, therefore it is necessary for the seeker to go beyond  WHO AM 'I'?  inquiry to cross the threshold of duality.

Remember:~

Jung says that Ramana's desire to escape the ego is Self-contradictory, because, without Maharishi’s personal ego, there would be no Shri Ramana at all.

Most of the Indian teaching is so overwhelmingly great that it means little whether the author is called
Ramakrishna or Vivekananda or Shri Aurobindo, etc. Jung seems to be saying "If you have seen one Indian holy man, you have seen them all."

Jung says that the Indian lacks the epistemological standpoint; he is still pre-Kantian, with no psychology: To the Indian, it is clear that the Self as the originating ground of the psyche is not different from God, and that, so far as a man is in the Self, he is not only contained in God but actually is God.
><
Santthosh Kumaar:~ Many Gurus in the past believed the Self is within the body and they imagine and write their own theories on it and propagated. The Self is not within the physical body, but the world in which body (you) exists is within the Soul.

The body-based theories are nothing to with the Atmic path. The Soul, the Self is bodiless because it is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

The Soul which is present in the form of consciousness pervades in everything and everywhere in all three states. Thus, everything is consciousness. There is no second thing that exists other than consciousness.

The one who says he is already enlightened is ignorant. The person who says I am enlightened is unaware of the fact that the Self is not he, because he and his experience of the world, is the product of ignorance. Only ignorant says he is already enlightened. Without the Advaitic wisdom, ignorance will not vanish.

The one which says ‘I am enlightened’ itself is the ego. The one which feels it is he or she is also the ego. The ego is the false Self (you or waking entity) within the false experience (waking). The ego, body, and the world appear together and disappear together. It is foolish to venture to try to destroy the ego because the ego is the very basis of the physical existence (universe in, which we exist).

People say I AM THAT ~ I am God, I am Brahman. But when Brahman is, how can "I" remain? Only Brahman remains, not I, it is erroneous to use the word ‘I’ for the Self, because ‘I’ represents the form, time, and space whereas the Soul, the innermost Self is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

It is erroneous to identify the Soul the Self as the 'I' or 'I AM' because the Soul the innermost Self is not 'I' or I AM’. The Soul the innermost Self, is that witnesses the coming and going, of the 'I'.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ disappears as deep sleep, so what is the use of being attached to it? It is impermanent and illusory because ‘I’ is physical awareness. Physical awareness is not Self-awareness. ‘I-less awareness is Self-awareness.

To understand the false nature of the ‘I’, the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is necessary.

The Self is not ‘I’, but the Self is the Soul which is the witness of the ‘I’. Holding the ‘I as the Self leads to hallucination based on the imagination.

Remember:~

The ego, body, and the world are the product of ignorance. Without ignorance, the ego, body, and the world cease to exist. Thus getting rid of ignorance is very much necessary. Only through Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, the ignorance vanishes.

The people who are venturing to get rid of the ego will never succeed. How the ego can get rid of itself. The ego is the waking entity (You). The ego, body, and the world appear together and disappear together.

Human psychology is based on the false self (ego or waking entity or you) within the false experience (waking or illusion). Whatever is based on the false Self and false experience is bound to be a falsehood. Thus, perfect understanding ‘what is what’ is needed to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Thus, one must realize how this world, which confronts him, is an illusion? And on what standpoint the world is an illusion. Without knowing ‘what is mind? ‘What is the substance of the mind?’ ‘What is the source of the mind? The truth will not reveal. Thinking the mind is within the physical body is the greatest obstacle in the pursuit of truth. Thus, a deeper investigation is very much necessary to unfold the mystery of the mind.

Nothing is needed for acquiring Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana other than perfect understanding, assimilation, and realization of ‘what is what”

The dualistic illusion is present only when form, time, and space are present. The form, time, and space are one, in essence. The ego, body, and the world are one, in essence. The birth, life, death, and the world are one, in essence. The three states are one, in essence. That essence is consciousness. The thinker & thought and the world are one, in essence. Thus, there is no division in consciousness in reality.

The Soul, the Self is the fullness of the consciousness without the illusory division of For, time, and space.

Remember:~

The dissolution of the ego alone is not the step to the realization of truth hidden by ignorance. The ego, body, and the world appear together and they disappear together. The ego, body, and the world appear together as ‘I’. Without ‘I’ there is no ego, no physical body, and no world. ‘I’ is not limited to the physical entity but ‘I’ is the mind. The mind is present in the form of the universe. The universe appears as waking or dream (duality (I)) and disappears as deep sleep (non-duality (I-LESS-Soul).

The one which appears as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep(nonduality) is the Soul which is in the form of consciousness.

The Soul is the Self. The Soul is the witness of the three states (witnessed). The witness and the witnessed (three states) are one in essence. That essence is consciousness.

Thus, there is no second thing that exists other than consciousness. Consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman. Only getting rid of ignorance through wisdom is the only way, which leads to Advaitic Self-Awareness in the midst of duality.

Till you think you are an individual separate from the world and world that existed prior to you and you are born in it afterward the ignorance will prevail as a reality. Till ignorance is there the ‘I’ prevails as reality.

If the ‘I’ prevails as reality then the world in which you exist prevails as a reality. If the world in which you exist as a reality then the dualistic illusion is experienced as a reality.

Perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ helps you to overcome ignorance (I). Until ‘I’ is there the ignorance is there. Until ignorance is there you will not be able to unfold the mystery hidden by the ‘I’.:~Santthosh Kumaar

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara itself is Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.+

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara itself is Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The goal of the true seeker is to acquire the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.

The Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara is the end of all egocentric knowledge.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is declared by the Indian sages in the past has to be mentally excavated from labyrinths of philosophy. So many conceptual divisions were invented by teachers of philosophy by their excessive analysis and a different idea of truth and interpretations. All these concepts and ideas are a never-ending process.

The seeker of truth need not take the path of doubt and confusion, which takes him nowhere. Fortunate is the seeker who does not lose himself in the labyrinths of these theoretical philosophies. By perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ leads to non-dual Self-awareness. The seeker has to behave in a normal and sane way and silently reflect on the subject constantly.

There is no physical body, no ego, and no experience of the world in the realm of truth because the body and the world are one in essence. That essence is consciousness.

The one who has the firm conviction that he is an individual separate from the world and world that existed prior to him and he is born in it afterward is egocentric. And he is unfit to grasp the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The seeker has to trace the source of the mind or universe to realize the fact that, mind and its formless substance and the source are one in essence.

The truth is hidden within the mind which is in the form of the universe and it requires deeper self-search mental excavation, the removal of ignorance, which is the cause of experiencing the illusory universe or Maya as reality.

Grasping the transparent Truth of the self, which is hidden by illusion or waking or universe, is to be attained through soulcentric reasoning, followed by reflection, meditation, and so forth, but not through perverted egocentric arguments.

People think self-knowledge is very difficult to achieve or understand. Self-knowledge has to be acquired carefully and gradually, through deeper self-search.

Remember:~

Sage Sankara restrained himself parting Advaitic wisdom or Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to the mass and only a selected few. It was hidden from the people who were not qualified and receptive to it.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana was not written down but was imparted orally to the chosen few. Thus, religion was given to the mass, and knowledge of the spirit is given to only a selected few. Thus, we find traces of knowledge of the spirit in the religious books in the form of parables.

Katha Upanishad says: ~ This Atman is attained by him alone whom It chooses. To such a one Atman reveals its own form. (II -23-P-20)

Upanishads:~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking they wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking they wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Upanishads Nikilanada - Ch II-5 P-14)

The Soul, the Self reveals ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready.

Dig into older posts and blogs you will find answers to all your questions. Without reading the full subject matter coming to a judgment on your own point of view is not wisdom.

Atmic path is not a question and answers session. Atmic path is not the path of exchange views and opinions. I have bifurcated what is not needed to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space. I respect everyone's views and wisdom.

Some people expect me to comment on their individual views and opinion and experiences. I do not want to mix others' views opinions and experiences, which is of no use in the Atmic path. I share only what reveals to me from the inner core.

Self-knowledge will not arise from the exchange of views and opinions and arguments. The accumulated knowledge is not a yardstick, to realize the truth beyond the form, time, and space.

In the path of wisdom discussion of unimportant subject matter and creates a hindrance. The path of truth is the path of verification. Nothing has to be accepted as truth without verification. Agreeing to disagree causes unnecessary friction.

Sharing is giving info for the sake of goodness. As with all things, achieving a balance of peaceful communications is established with respect, humility, understanding, and patience. Balancing an achievement is harder.

The seeker has to stop passing unimportant opinions in this Atmic path. Atmic path is not the path of discussion, but the path of realization of the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

The seeker has to stop passing unimportant opinions in this Atmic path. Atmic path is not the path of discussion, but the path of realization of the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.:~Santthosh Kumaar

Gnani has realized the past present future are illusory and the cause of the past present future is consciousness is real and eternal.+

Gnani has realized the past present future are illusory and the cause of the past present future is consciousness is real and eternal.

The present moment is time. Without the past, the present will not appear. Every moment, the present becomes past. The present moves towards the future. The time appears along with form and space. The form, time, and space are merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Thus, one cannot remain in the present moment. The time is the product of ignorance, therefore, every moment is the product of ignorance. Thus, the theory of the present moment is based on the false Self (waking entity) within the false experience (waking). From the standpoint of the Soul, the innermost Self, the form, time, and space are merely an illusion thus the theory of the present moment belongs to the illusion.

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara is nothing to do with yogic Samadhi.+

Advaitic truth is the ultimate truth.  Yogis, mystics, and religious teachers do not accept the path of wisdom because it pries into the truth, the source, and the validity of the knowledge they claim. Therefore, it is the most difficult part of the study of the Advaita.

Samadhi is the same as deep sleep. Yogi is trying to imitate nonduality through Samadhi by stilling the thought.

Advaitic wisdom of  Sage Sankara is nothing to do with yogic Samadhi.

Ignorance will not vanish through yogic Samadhi. Yogic samadhis is an individual act.  The individual belongs to the universe. The universe is a product of ignorance.

Ignorance will vanish only when the seekers unfold the mystery of the universe in which he exists.

Sage Sankara: ~ VC~63- "Without knowing and examining the universe, one can’t know the Truth, as the idea that the universe exists, won't go. It can go only by an inquiry into the nature of the universe.

The universe itself is what God is all about. The totality of the universe is what God is all about. You just study the nature of the universe with all the seriousness and sincerity to unfold the mystery of the universe. That is all you have to do.

Until the mystery of the universe is not solved, the Self hidden by the illusory universe will not be realized.

Consciousness is the one single reality or Brahman. The individual self is a reality within the illusory universe or Maya.

Remember: ~

Yoga and samadhi are not goals, but a means to an end, i.e. Gnana. Samadhi in itself is useless because the mind is withdrawn and there is no memory of it until after it is over and one returns to the waking state. This is true of men Like Ramakrishna as well as the humble yogi who attains mind control: it is only a sleep.

It is not possible to stop thought for more than a half-second whilst in the waking state. If one succeeds in controlling thought and then banishes it, one passes into Nirvikalpa samadhi, which is identical to deep sleep.

The only difference between ordinary deep sleep and samadhi, therefore is that the ordinary man falls asleep involuntarily whereas the yogi has the satisfaction of knowing that he has passed into sleep by his own effort of will in banishing thoughts. And where Patanjali warns against sleep as a hindrance to yoga, he means when it occurs in the early stages of the practice before one has obtained the power of control and consequently to banish the thoughts.

This fact that Samadhi is deep sleep is kept secret because people would not be tempted to take up yoga. Then what is the value of it? Why, to sharpen the intellect, to enable it to keep away all extraneous thoughts when one gets out to reason in the practice of the next higher stage, i.e. Gnana.

Yoga is thus simply a sharpening-stone for the intellect to enable it to take up Gnana. But you say that Some Godman lives without thoughts, Impossible. How can he walk from one spot to another without thought? He does not know the Advaitic truth if he says thoughtlessness is the perfect stage of the Self.

When thoughts are stilled, it is not the Self that is found but still, it is only ignorance that prevails.

Patanjali has not reached Gnana and therefore does not know Advaitic truth. His yoga is good to give peace and concentration, but only in order to start reasoning, i.e. thinking again to find the truth.: ~Santthosh Kumaar

All those whose intelligence has been stolen by ignorance, blindly follow religion and religious propagated Gods based on blind belief or faith.+

Ignorant people pray and worship to inherited religious God based on blind faith or belief.

All those whose intelligence has been stolen by ignorance, blindly follow religion and religious propagated Gods based on blind belief or faith.

Bhagavad Gita:~  “All those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship many gods. (7- Verse -20)

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God) is in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself’.

Thus, it refers to formless and attributeless God, which is the Atman (Soul), the innermost ‘Self’ within the false experience. Thus, it indicates clearly all the Gods with form and attributes are mere imagination based on the false ‘Self’. Thus Atman or Soul, the innermost ‘Self’ is God.

The Vedas do not talk about idol worship. In fact, till about 2000 years ago followers of Vedism never worshiped idols. Idol worship was started by the followers of Buddhism and Jains. There is logic to idol worship. Vedas speak of one God that is the supreme ‘Self’ in i.e. Atman or Soul but Hinduism indulges in worshiping 60 million Gods.
It indicates clearly all the Gods with form and attributes are mere imagination based on the false ‘Self’.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad:~ "He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from him does not know the truth. For the Gods, he is like, a pasu (beast)". (1. 4. 10)

Gnani observes God in truth as consciousness as it is in the midst of the illusory objective universe whereas the religious believers see their ideas of God of blind faith or belief propagated by their respective religion.

Gnani has realized God in truth as Soul the Self hidden by the illusory universe or Maya.

Remember:~

You are being conditioned by the religious myth which has made you a non-thinker. Come out of the religious myth by realizing God in truth.

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the Self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

God in truth is the Atman, the Self. Atman is present in the form of consciousness.

Do not accept any other God other than Atman not worship other than Atman. Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

Nothing is real but God in truth. Nothing Matters but love for God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything.

God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is and all else is an illusion.:~Santthosh Kumaar

Without knowing the difference between religion and spirituality (Adyathma) it is very difficult for the seeker to grasp the Advaitic truth.+

Adyatma is nothing to do with religious sects or creeds and religious beliefs or any philosophy or any thinkers' teachings. Adyatma is pure spirituality. Knowledge of Atma is Adyatma. Advaita is Adyatma.

Adyatma is the knowledge of the truth beyond form, time, and space. Bifurcate religion, yoga, and theoretical philosophy and base the truth on the Athma it is Adyathma.

Adyatma is based on the ultimate truth which is based on the Atman or Spirit, which is the Self.

Sage Sankara's Advaitic wisdom is pure spirituality or Adyathma.

Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara is pure spirituality or Adyathma do not make it a philosophic sect. Sage Sankara’s path of wisdom is the independent search for truth.

Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom deals with the practical bearing of philosophy to remove initial prejudice that it is remote from life.

Some scriptures have presented fragments of truth imbedded in the covering of stories, histories, and picturesque touches of mysticism.

The seeker should not mix religion, mysticism, and yoga with the path of wisdom. All the Gurus of the east and west touch on mysticism to make it more attractive to feed the crowd.

It is necessary to reach larger numbers of serious seekers who care for truth alone. Philosophy has to deal with the ultimate truth, not mere words, not this Guru's or that Guru's interpretation. All the interpretation of different scriptural scholars is an arena of conflicting interpretations.

All the gurus of the east and west interpreting Advaita from a dualistic standpoint or orthodox point of view and they are still dealing with words, not truth.  It proves that they have not understood the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.

Remember:~

Without knowing the difference between religion and spirituality (Adyathma) it is very difficult for the seeker to grasp the Advaitic truth.

If one religious scholar quotes his religious scriptures as an authority as final, the other scholars from other religions do not agree because he feels his religious scriptures are superior and final.

Thus, if Jesus says so, reply that Lord Krishna says the opposite! If a man quotes Bhagavan Buddha in proof, others may quote Mahavira in disagreement. This may eventually show the man that no person can be a final authority.

Tripura Rahasya: ~ Second-hand knowledge of the Self-gathered from books or Gurus can never emancipate a man until its truth is rightly investigated and applied; only the direct realization will do that. Realize yourself, turning the mind inward. (18: 89)

Remember:~

All your accumulated knowledge from different Gurus and teaching is nothing to do with Advaitic wisdom or Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. All your accumulated knowledge is not of any use in realizing the ‘Self’, which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space. If you want to realize the ‘Self’ then you have to drop all accumulated knowledge and start afresh. Do not hold your accumulated knowledge as a yardstick.

Mundaka Upanishads: ~ ‘So-called spiritual pundits and learned are called children because a child takes whatever it thinks as truth. The question never occurs to children “Is what I have seen or thought really the truth?" (P.334 line 9)

The scriptures are for ignorant masses, who wholly accept the material world as it presents itself. Non-dualistic or Advaitic wisdom is for those who have begun to realize that things are not what they seem.

Even the Upanishads are Self-contradictory. Pundits and scholars give conflicting interpretations of them.
