Every religion has its own idea of God. Different religions call God by different names. In Spirituality or Adyathma, the ultimate truth is Brahman or God in truth.
The Soul, the ‘Self is the Infinite God. Religious people use the word God for their God based on blind belief. In spirituality, we have to use the word God for the ultimate truth.
Religion can never make you know God. Only an intense urge to know what God is supposed to be in truth can make you realize God.
There is nothing that is not God in truth. God in truth becomes no God in truth in the dualistic illusion. Without the dualistic illusion, God in truth alone prevails as a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
Thus, God in truth alone is real, and the world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of God in truth.
The Soul is the Self, the Soul is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness is the cause of the world in which you exist. Consciousness itself is uncaused.
Consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. Advaita is the nondual nature of God, the Self. Advaita is God in truth. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness.
Even Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham- Brahman (God in truth) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (Gita 14.27)
Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the Self. the Soul is second to none. The Soul, which is present in the form of the Spirit or the consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God. Advaita is the nature of God, the Self. Advaita is God in truth. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness.
Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ God is Supreme Spirit.
Vedas and Upanishad confirm that God is the Soul, the Self, is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness.
Rig Veda: ~ The Atman (Soul or Spirit) is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the Self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman." (10:48, 5)
The Bible says: ~ God is a Spirit, and they that worship God must worship God in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24)
If God is formless consciousness, then how does man know God created the world? There is no proof. If man had seen God creating the world, he could admit it, but how could he have seen God before he came into existence? (i.e., were created).
Consciousness is the root element of the universe. Consciousness is present in the form of the Soul, the Self. From consciousness, the universe comes into existence. In consciousness, the universe resides. And into consciousness, the universe is dissolved. Consciousness is the parent of all that is there.

If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will precede you. Rather, the (Father's) kingdom is within you and it is outside you. (Jesus spoke and Didymos Judas Thomas recorded)
5. Jesus said:~ "Know what is in front of your face, and what is hidden from you will be disclosed to you.
For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed. [And there is nothing buried that will not be raised.]" (Jesus spoke and Didymus Judas Thomas recorded)
The ultimate truth must be independent of religion. The religious Gods are only a part of the dualistic illusion based on the imagination.
Consciousness (Spirit) is the only reality and has nothing to do with religion and the religious idea of Gods. :~Santthosh Kumaar
