When the conviction about consciousness becomes firm then everything falls into the right slot.+

Mentally reduce the world in which you exist into consciousness by realizing the world in which you exist is nothing but consciousness. If everything is consciousness then how can anything exist that is not consciousness?
When the conviction about consciousness becomes firm then everything falls into the right slot.
What is the Soul? What is consciousness? What is awareness? They all are one in essence.
The universe is present only in waking experience. The waking experience is present only when the mind is present and the mind is present only when the ‘I’ is present.

The universe or the waking experience or the mind (I) are one and the same thing. This truth has to be assimilated first.
Mentally reduce the universe into the waking experience and waking into mind (I) and the mind into consciousness by realizing the mind or universe or the waking is nothing but merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

For meditation, one need not sit and chant God's name or concentrate on some object. Anything you do will not be meditation. If there is a doer then it is not meditation. As long as there is doing, there is ignorance.

As long as the doer is present, the ego is present. If the ego is present the whole world is present. If the world is present the duality is present.

If the duality is present then there is an illusion. If the illusion is present the birth, life, death, and the world are experienced as reality.

By realizing the world in which you exist is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana leads to self-awareness.

In Self-awareness, the Soul, the Self, remains in its own awareness in the midst of form, time, and space.  Self-awareness is real meditation.  Nondualistic awareness is the nature of the Soul, the Self.

Meditation is only an effort; it is imagination, an idea; the Soul (consciousness), the   Self, remains the same with or without ideas.

As a person perceiving the world, one is unaware that he and his experience of the world are within the object. The world in which he exists is within the waking experience. The three states are an object to the Soul, which is the formless subject.

The three states are an object to the Soul which is the formless subject. The subject is formless, and it is apart from the three states.

The subject is not an entity or identity within the three states. Therefore, judging the truth on the base of the object (body) as the Self is erroneous. Such judgment leads to all sorts of speculation, doubts, and confusion.

When one is absorbed in thinking of anything, he is thinking within the object (waking) that which witnesses all these three states is within but always apart. :~ Santthosh Kumaar
