The Self is not Selfless because the Self is existence itself. There is a need to realize what 'Self is in actuality.+

First, know what the ‘Self’ is supposed to be in actuality. Simply saying ‘I AM without the body is an error because the ‘Self’ is not ‘I’ but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, the witness of the coming and going, of the ‘I’.
Till you hold the ‘Self ‘as the ‘I’ you will never be able to get Self-realization. The ‘I’ hides the Soul, which is the 'Self'.
What is this 'I'?
The 'I’ is ignorance.
The ‘I’ is the duality.
The ‘I’ is the form, time, and space.
The ‘I’ is the universe.
The ‘I’ is the waking.
The ‘I’ is the dream.
The ‘I’ is the illusion.
The ‘I’ is the experience of birth, life, death, and the world.

Remember this:~
Without the ‘I’ there is no ignorance.
Without the ‘I’ there is no duality.
Without the ‘I’ there is no form, time, and space.
Without the ‘I’ there is no universe.
Without the ‘I’ there is no waking.
Without the ‘I’ there is no dream.
Without the ‘I’ there is no illusion.
Without the ‘I’ there is no experience of birth, life, death, and the world.
The ‘I’ hides the truth of the whole. The ‘I’ hides the truth.
That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say ‘I,’, If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.
Bhagavad Gita: ~ The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)
It is time to discard the ‘I’. Never use the word the ‘I’ or I AM for the Self. Use the word 'Self only for the 'Self'.

Remember:~

No one can stay as the Self without realizing the Self is not you but the Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
After realizing the Soul is the real Self-nothing stays as reality other than the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.
It is foolish to say I AM THAT, I AM THIS without realizing what the Self is in actuality, and what is not the Self
A permanent view of ‘what is unreal can come only after soul-centric reasoning; such knowledge cannot change.
Where the seeker who is sufficiently sharpness he could grasp the unreal nature of the world by soul-centric reasoning alone.

To know the whole truth, one must know the whole universe, otherwise, he gets only half-truth.

Remember:~

The Self is not Selfless because the Self is existence itself. There is a need to realize what 'Self is in actuality. It is foolish to speculate and say the ‘Self’ is this and that is not Advaitic wisdom.

Sage Sankara says:~ VC-65- As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.

Your urge is at the seed level. As you go on reading the words of wisdom it will start growing. It takes time for the egocentric subconscious to accept the Soulcentric truth.

The seeker has to discard all 'I-centric' and 'you-centric’ Gurus and their teaching to realize the 'Self', which is hidden by ignorance.

Advaitic Truth is very simple but it is very difficult to grasp because of ignorance. There is no need to search for the truth because, the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Only when the conviction of the Soul becomes firm then only you will be able to accept the world in which you exist is nothing but consciousness.

You have to only realize the world in which you exist is created out of single clay. And that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Thus. you and your body and the world in which you exist are nothing but consciousness. They cease to exist without consciousness. You have to think and reason deeply

Thus, you and your body and the world in which you exist are nothing but consciousness because they are merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

A perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ is needed. Perfect understanding and assimilation of ‘what is what,’ leads to a perfect conviction of ‘What is truth?” and ‘What is the untruth? Perfect conviction of the truth leads to Advaitic Self-awareness.

A Gnani can point at the sky, but the seeing of the star is the seeker's own work.

It is necessary to reflect on the same truth again and again till it becomes reality. One needs to constantly reflect on the subject until he gets a firm conviction of what is what. Words of wisdom are needed until one gets a firm conviction of ‘what is what’.

People need reading and hearing the words, to think reason and reflect deeply and reach the ultimate end.

Although the Path is very difficult and the Goal seems so unreachable, Don't worry, because there is no other path other than the Atmic path to help you to reach the ultimate end.

The Atmic path with its emphasis on the Advaitic wisdom is meant for those who wish to go beyond form, time, and space.

Only through deeper self-search do beginners and intermediates gradually become aware ‘what is what’.

Only after they have realized the fact that the ‘Self’ is not ‘I’ but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, they are ready for the inner journey towards reality, which is beyond the form, time and space.

Upanishad: ~ “They alone in this world are endowed with the highest wisdom who are firm in their conviction of the sameness and birthlessness of Atman. The ordinary man does not understand their way. (Chapter IV — Alatasanti Prakarana 95-P-188 in Upanishads by Nikilanada)

If you are seeking truth you have to know the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Sage Sankara says the world is an illusion; it includes birth, life, and death, which happens within the world. Thus, the seeker's main aim is to mentally trace the formless substance of the illusion, which is also the witness of the illusion.

Sage Sankara, in Bhaja Govindam, says: ~ (Jnana Viheena Sarva Mathena Bajathi na Muktim janma Shatena) - One without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows.

Thus, it proves that religion is not the means to ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Because Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is universal knowledge meant for humanity. Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana does not belong to any religion.

A Gnani is not concerned about the listener, he does not care whether his listener will understand or not. Only a Gnani can such a pure expression of the truth.: ~ Santthosh Kumaar
