Do not neglect your family and personal life and spend money on your pursuit of truth meeting Gurus, visiting places.
There is no need to neglect practical life within the practical world. There is no need to indulge 24/7 in spirituality but use your spare time for that.
Be happy like any other human being enjoys life with humility and dignity in the practical world.
Do not neglect your business, work, the profession in order to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
Ashtavakra Samhita: ~ "The man of knowledge (Gnani), though living like an ordinary man, is contrary to him and only those like him understand his state.
Tripura Rahasya: ~ Second-hand knowledge of the Self-gathered from books or Gurus can never emancipate a man until its truth is rightly investigated and applied; only direct realization will do that. Realize yourself, turning the mind inward.
Internally focus your attention on the formless ‘Self’ or the consciousness, which is free from the form, time, and space. There is no need to renounce and take sanyasa in order to get ‘Self’-realization.
By meeting Gurus and Yogis visiting Ashrams you will not get Asvaitic Gnana.
A Gnani is the one who makes the seeker realize the there is no other Guru other than the Soul, the Self.
The Soul, the inner Guru reveals ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready.
Come ye slow, or come ye fast; it is but the Soul, the Advaita that reveals itself at last.
Millions are seeking the truth but one in million will realize it. If you are a truth seeker then you are, one from that million.
The Soul, 'Self' reveals‘ what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready.
It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is the truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’.
It takes time for the Soul, the innermost Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the 'Self"(truth), hidden by ignorance (I).
Slowly but surely you must imbibe the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space by realizing the form, time and space are one in essence.
When you enthrone the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness in your subconscious, you will realize the world in which you exist is merely an illusory play of consciousness.
Consciousness is ‘One’, and all divisions of form, time, and space are illusory. Be established in this Advaitic Truth, which is eternal.
There is no other teacher, but the Soul, the Self.
Your guide is the Soul, the Self. The Soul will guide you to the core of what you are seeking if you are sincerely seeking truth nothing but the truth.
Swami Vivekananda said: ~ “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own Soul.”
Bhagavan Buddha said: ~ “Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true.
You should not neglect your individual and family lives enjoy life as it comes and also faces the difficulties as they come.
As your inner conviction grows you will be able to realize ‘what is the truth?’ and ‘what is the untruth?’ and sees the world in which you exist as a passing cloud that hides the truth, which is beyond the form, time and space.
Remember:~
A Gnani never accepts himself as a Guru or accepts anyone as his disciple. A Gnani only shares Gnana and guides the serious and sincere seeker. He will never make anyone emotionally gets attached to him because he is fully aware of the fact that such attachment hinders their spiritual growth.
Your inner work is on. There is no need to neglect practical life within the practical world. There is no need to indulge 24/7 in spirituality but use your spare time for that. Do not neglect your family and personal life and spend money on your pursuit of truth. Be happy like any other human being enjoys life with humility and dignity in the practical world.
Internally focus your attention on the formless ‘Self’ or the consciousness, which is free from form, time, and space. There is no need to renounce and take sanyasa to get ‘Self’-realization.
No amount of Diksha or yoga meeting Gurus and visiting Ashrams leads anywhere. Your guide is within and it guides you to the core of what you are seeking.
You should not neglect your individual and family life. Enjoy life as it comes and also face the difficulties as they come. As your inner conviction about the Soul grows you will be able to realize ‘what is the truth?’ and ‘what is the untruth?’ and be able to see the world in which you exist as a passing cloud that hides the truth, which is beyond the form, time and space.
Remember:~
Self-knowledge cannot be attained by taking sanyasa, by the study of the scriptures and intellectual understanding, or by bookish knowledge. Therefore there is no use in studying the scriptures and other scriptures in order to acquire non-dual wisdom.
That is why Bhagvan Buddha rejected the scriptures, and even Sage Sankara indicated that the ultimate truth lies beyond religion, the concept of God, and the scriptures.
There is only one Reality to be known, the same for all seekers, but the ways to it, are hidden by the religion.
Self-discovery is the only way to realize God in truth. Self-knowledge helps the seekers to unfold the mystery of the illusory universe, in which we all are searching for the truth of true existence.
Mundaka Upanishads: ~ “So-called spiritual pundits and learned are called children because a child takes whatever it thinks as truth. The question never occurs to children “Is what I have seen or thought really the truth?" (P.334 line 9) : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
