In India, people think that religion as a stepping stone to the higher truth but it is not so because religion is based on the false Self (waking entity or ego) within the false experience (waking or the world).
Religion is not spirituality. Spirituality is based on the Soul,
which is present in the form of the Spirit.
One must go beyond form, time, and space. The theistic tradition has been kept alive by the orthodoxy. The orthodoxy is the path of ignorance because it is based on ignorance.
The orthodoxy is nothing to do with the ultimate truth or Brahman. Thus, it is not the path of ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
People who
are stuck to orthodoxy never will be able to cross the prison of duality.
Without crossing the prison of duality, Self-awareness is an impossibility. Thus,
Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana is necessary to realize the ultimate truth or
Brahman.
Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the
highest wisdom. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the Advaitic
Gnana. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana leads to self-awareness. In
self-awareness, there is no second other than the Soul, which is present in the
form of consciousness.
Whatever belongs to the universe ceases to exist without the ‘I’ because the ‘I’ is the whole universe. Limiting ‘I’ to you alone is ignorance.
The ego is not the Self. The Self is not ‘I’.
The Self is the Soul. The ‘I’ hides the Soul, which is present in the form of
consciousness. The Soul is permanent because it is a formless, timeless, and
spaceless existence.
That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ The
permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)
Why are you
struggling to find out who you are? You will never find the answer if you get
stuck to the ‘I’. Find out ‘what is this ‘I’, which appears and disappears.
What is that
is aware of the coming and going, of the ‘I’?
Without
realizing ‘what is this ‘I’ you will never be able to realize the mystery of
the ‘I’.
The ‘I’ is
the most intoxicating stuff. Those who use the word ‘I’ for the ‘Self ‘will
never be able to cross the threshold of the dualistic illusion or Maya.
The
‘I-centric Gurus and their teachings will not transport the seeker to the
ultimate end of understanding.
‘I’ is the cage for the Soul. ‘I’ is the cause
of ignorance. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the only weapon
to get rid of ignorance.
The ‘I’
based teachings will not transport the seeker to the ultimate end of
understanding. Perfect understanding of ‘what is this ‘I’ leads to realizing
the truth beyond the form, time, and space.
That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say 'I' If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.
Remember:~
Sage Goudpada: ~ To establish the truth of Non-duality by sheer reasoning alone. He begins by defining "What is real?" "What is unreal?" etc, because that is the right way to discuss or teach. People must first know what they are talking about. (Manduka Karika)
Sages Sankara restrained himself parting the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to the mass and only a selected few. It was hidden from the people who were not qualified and receptive to it.
Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana was not written down but was imparted orally to the chosen few.
Thus, religion was given to the mass and knowledge of the spirit is given to only a selected few. Thus, we find traces of knowledge of the spirit in the religious books in the form of parables.
Katha Upanishad says: ~ This Atman is attained by him alone whom It chooses. To such a one Atman reveals Its own form. (II -23-P-20)
Upanishads: ~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking they wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Upanishads Nikilanada - Ch II-5 P-14)
The inner Self reveals ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready.
The seeker has to dig into older posts and blogs you will find answers for all your questions. Without reading the full subject matter coming to a judgment on your own point of view is not wisdom.
There is no need to agree or disagree with what I say. If you are sure about what you know is the ultimate truth then why worry move on your chosen path.
Remember:~
Atmic path is not a question and answers session. Atmic path is not the path to exchange views and opinions. I have bifurcated what is not needed to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space. I respect everyone's views and wisdom.
Some people expect me to comment on their individual views and opinion and experiences. I do not want to mix others' views opinions and experiences, which is of no use in the Atmic path. I share only what reveals to me from the inner core.
Self-knowledge will not arise from the exchange of views and opinions and arguments. The accumulated knowledge is not a yardstick, to realize the truth beyond the form, time, and space.
In the path of wisdom discussion of unimportant subject matter and creates a hindrance. The path of truth is the path of verification. Nothing has to be accepted as truth without verification. Agreeing to disagree causes unnecessary friction.
Sharing is giving info for the sake of goodness. As with all things, achieving a balance of peaceful communications is established with respect, humility, understanding, and patience. Balancing an achievement is harder.
The seeker has to stop passing unimportant opinions in this Atmic path. Atmic path is not the path of discussion, but the path of realization of the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.:~Santthosh Kumaar
