Sage Sankara’s Supreme Brahman or God in truth is impersonal.+

The dualists (Dvaita) Gurus see God as the imaginer, but where is the proof? Nobody has seen God creating.

You have seen no other creator, whether God or angel. The only ‘Self’ is left. Therefore, the ‘Self’ ‘is the creator because imagining means creating. The Dvaita and Religionists are based on the imagination based on the false ‘Self’ (ego).

The Puranic Gods are not real Gods. Puranic Gods are mythological Gods based on mythology. Mythological Gods are a myth. Their reality is dependent on the dualistic illusion. Such Gods cease to exist without ignorance. All this imagery of non-vedic Gods has a meaning within the dualistic illusion. So the dualistic Gurus have not proved their existence of attributed Gods beyond their accepted blind belief.

Dualist Gurus say God cannot exist without attributes. Then they are making God as an object whereas God is the subject. Attributes can only be seen in the objective world. Causality appears in the duality, but when one goes deeper into the matter even there the causality disappears.

Who else but the ‘Self’ could have imagined the objective world? The dualists’ thinkers see God as the imagine, but where is the proof? Nobody has seen God creating. You have seen no other creator, whether God or angel. The only ‘Self’ is left. Therefore, the Self is the creator because imagining means creating. The dualists talk nonsense. The dualistic God with forms, names, and attributes is imagination based on blind belief.

God based on blind belief, is not God in truth. The belief belongs to the dualistic illusion. Without the dualistic illusion, the dualistic God with forms, names, and attributes ceases to exist. So the dualists cannot prove God without the blind belief of God with forms, name, and attributes

Where people cannot and do not think, they follow the path of blind devotion to the belief-based Gods.

Sage Sankara:- VC Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity With the ‘Self’, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together (verses-6)

Sage Sankara’s Supreme Brahman or God in truth is impersonal, Nirguna (without Gunas or attributes), Nirakara (formless), Nirvisesha (without special characteristics), immutable, eternal, and Akarta (non-agent). It is above all needs and desires. It is always the Witnessing Subject. It can never become an object as it is beyond the reach of the senses. Brahman is non-dual, one without a second. It has no other beside it. It is destitute of difference, either external or internal. Brahman cannot be described because the description implies a distinction. Brahman cannot be distinguished from any other than It. In Brahman, there is no distinction between substance and attribute. Sat-Chit-Ananda constitutes the very essence or Svarupa of Brahman and not just its attributes. The Nirguna Brahman of Sage Sankara is impersonal.

The ultimate truth or Brahman must be independent of religion, that in Sage Sankara himself the Saguna Brahman or a personal God is only a part of the phenomenal (if not illusory) world, and the Nirguna Brahman is the only reality and has nothing to do with religion.

Sage Sankara pokes fun at ascetics and points out that all their austerities do not cause desires to go (Altar Flowers" Page 205, v.2 P.207 v.4)

The Brahma Sutras, together with Sage Sankara's commentary thereon, do not contain the higher wisdom. They are intended for those who are incapable of thinking rationally. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Realization of Brahman or God in truth is possible in this very life not in the next life or next world.+

The realization of Brahman or God is possible in this very life, not in the next life or next world.
The serious and sincere seeker who has patience, humility, and an intense urge to know the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space, will be able to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
One who has realized the ultimate truth or Brahman is a Gnani. A Gnani sees himself along with the world in which he exists as consciousness.
All Gurus and paramparas belong to the orthodoxy. Orthodoxy has nothing to do with Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom.
Identifying the invisible Atman as Self is the most important in the Atmic path. Consciousness is the substratum on which the universe, which is the dualistic illusion, is experienced.
Consciousness is hidden by the dualistic illusion. Consciousness dwells in everything and everywhere in the universe, which is the dualistic illusion or Maya.
The Atman is the Self. Atman is present in the form of consciousness.
The universe is the dualistic illusion or Maya is created out of consciousness. Consciousness alone is real and eternal.
Atman or the Soul, the Self. The invisible Soul, the Self, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. The invisible Soul is in the form of consciousness.
The invisible Soul is self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny the invisible Soul because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. The invisible Soul is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs.

The invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness (Spirit), is the ultimate truth or Brahman. Brahman is God in truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

When ‘I’ disappears then God in truth appears and when ‘I’ appears then God in truthdisappears.+

God in truth is hidden by the ‘I’. When ‘I’ disappears, then God in truth appears, and when ‘I’ appears, then God in truth disappears.
Thus, it is very much necessary to know what this ‘I’ is supposed to be in actuality and what God is supposed to be in actuality.
The invisible;e Soul is the ‘Self. The invisible Soul is present in the form of consciousness.
If the invisible Soul is the Self, then whatever is based on ‘I’ is bound to be a falsehood. The ‘I’ is not limited to the physical body because ‘I’ is the whole world in which you exist.
Without the ‘I’, the world in which you exist ceases to exist. WHO AM ‘I’? - the inquiry is inadequate and useless to unfold the mystery of the ‘I’.
Thus, it is necessary to know what this ‘I’ is in actuality.
What is this ‘I’?
The ‘I’ is ignorance.
The ‘I’ is duality.
‘I’ is an illusion.
The ‘I’ is the mind.
The ‘I’ is the universe.
‘I’ is waking.
The ‘I’ is the dream.
The ‘I’ is form, time, and space together.
The ‘I’ is the experience of birth, life, death, and the world.
Through deeper self-search, the seeker realizes the Self is not the ‘I’ but the invisible Soul. Thus, all the ‘I’ based teaching has no value for the seeker who has crossed the boundaries of the ‘I’.
If you cross the boundary of the ‘I’ then the ignorance vanishes.
If the ignorance vanishes, the falsity of the ‘I’ is exposed.
If the falsity of the ‘I is exposed, then the ‘I’ becomes an illusion.
If the ‘I’ is an illusion, then the form, time, and space are bound to be an illusion.
If form, time, and space are an illusion, then the world in which we exist is an illusion.
If the world in which we exist is an illusion, then the experience of birth, life, death, and the world is an illusion.

It is only the sincerity and earnestness of the seeker that helps him to realize the truth to unfold the truth hidden by the ‘I’.

Remember:~

The Advaitic truth beyond the ‘I’ starts revealing on its own if the seeker moves in the right direction with a perfect understanding of ‘what is what’.
Anyone who has humility and patience and is sincere and ready to drop their accumulated dross and receptive to accept the truth will be able to acquire Self=knowledge or Braham Gnana or Atma Gnana
Some of the so-called Gurus hold the ‘I’ as the center, and they think ‘I’ is bodiless and they imagine the truth, which makes them hallucinate. Also, they mix all religions, yoga, and scriptures citations and make a good cocktail with their ornamental words.
What is the use of following such teaching, which makes you hallucinate? First, know what the truth is.
When the subconscious accepts the truth, which is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence, it will start discarding the truth based on form, time, and space. The subconscious needs a yardstick to analyze what is truth and what is the untruth, then only it is possible for it to discard ‘what is not the truth.
First, realize the ‘Self’ is not you, but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Mentally hold onto the Soul and mentally reduce the world in which you exist as consciousness by realizing the world in which you exist is nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness. Consciousness is the ultimate truth of Brahman or God in truth.
Consciousness is the God in truth; rest is an illusion.
Rig Veda:~ 'Prajnanam Brahma': - Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.
Bhagavad Gita says: ~ “Brahmano hi pratisthaham”- Brahman (God in truth) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material (Gita 14.27)
When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.
Vedas, Upanishad, and Bhagavad Gita confirm the invisible Soul, the Self, is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness is Brahman or God in truth.
The real God is stolen by ignorance, and people worship ignorance as God because the religion propagated false God as real God. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The Soul itself is God in truth. Nothing exists without the Soul because everything is created out of the Soul or God in truth.+

The invisible and unborn Soul, the Self, is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. The invisible Soul, the Self, is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness pervades everything and everywhere in the universe because the universe is nothing but consciousness.

The invisible ‘Self is not within this body; the Self is the invisible and unborn Soul. The universe hides the invisible Soul. The invisible Soul itself is God in truth. Nothing exists without the invisible Soul because everything is created out of the invisible Soul, which is God in truth.

You don’t recognize the ‘Self’ because you are blindfolded by the dualistic illusion. The invisible Soul, the Self, is hidden by the universe, which is a dualistic illusion or Maya.

Those Gurus say you are formless; you are birthless without knowing the Self is not you, but the ‘Self' is the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Those Gurus who assert the Self as you are still ignorant of the Self hidden by the universe, which is the dualistic illusion or Maya.

You are not the Self because you are bound by birth, life, death, and the world, whereas the invisible Soul, the Self, is birthless and deathless because it is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

If you think the Self is you then you are not a wise seeker you are ignorant because your existence is limited to the domain of the form, time, and space.

Guru says simply surrender to God without knowing what God is in actuality. There is nothing to surrender. The surrender implies duality. The duality disappears when the Advaitic wisdom dawns.

Those Gurus say surrender to Guru belongs to religion and yoga is not spirituality. religion and yoga are nothing to do with Spirituality or Adythma.

To realize the invisible Soul, the ‘Self' hidden by the dualistic illusion, you have to realize the dualistic illusion is made of single clay. That single clay is the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Knowledge of the single clay is Self-knowledge o or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Mentally reduce the world in which you exist into waking experience and waking experience into mind and mind into consciousness by perfect understating of ‘what is what’.

When you realize ’what is what’ you will realize everything is nothing but consciousness. There is no second thing exists other than the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. When there is unity in diversity in our understanding then there is stillness in the midst of diversity.

The invisible Soul, the Self, is existence itself. The invisible Soul, the Self, is existence without the illusory division of form, time, and space. The invisible Soul, the Self, is the fullness of consciousness. The invisible Soul, the Self is Advaita one without the Second.

The invisible Soul, the Self, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. The invisible Soul, the Self, is God the Advaita. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Advaita is God in truth. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness without the illusory division of form, time, and space.+

Advaita means the invisible and unborn Soul, the Self. The invisible Soul is one without the second. The invisible Soul is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness. The invisible Soul is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Advaita is the nondual nature of the invisible Soul, the Self, which is God in truth. Advaita is the real God in truth. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness.

Remember this: ~

The Soul, the ‘Self is the whole hidden by the ‘I’.

The ‘I’ is present in the form of the mind; therefore, ‘I’ is the mind.

The mind is present in the form of form, time, and space

together; therefore, the form, time, and space together are the mind.

The duality is present only when the form, time, and space are present, therefore, form, time, and space together is the duality.

The form, time, and space are present in the form of the universe, therefore, the form, time, and space together is the universe.

The universe appears as the waking or dream, therefore, the waking or dream is the universe.

The waking is a parallel dream, and the dream is a parallel waking.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the invisible Soul, which is the cause of the 'I'.

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

Remember this: ~

Without the ‘I', there is only the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the mind, there is only the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the form, time, and space, there is only the invisible Soul, the fullness of consciousness.

Without the universe, there is only the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the waking or the dream, there is only the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the individual experience of birth, life, and death, there is only the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness prevails.

Remember this: ~

From the standpoint of the invisible Soul, the ‘I’ is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the invisible Soul, the mind is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the invisible Soul, the form, time, and space are an illusion.

From the standpoint of the invisible Soul, the universe is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the invisible Soul, the waking or dream is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the invisible Soul, the individual experience of birth, life, and death is an illusion.

The invisible Soul is the cause of all that exists as an illusion, and the Soul itself is uncaused.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

Realize, ‘what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality’ and what is hidden by the ‘I’ will be revealed.

If you realize the ‘Self ‘not the ‘I’ but the invisible Soul, then whatever is hidden by the ‘I’ will be revealed.

Realizing the Soul is not the ‘I’ but the invisible Soul is the Self, is self –realization.

The invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is ever-present. Without consciousness, the world in which you exist ceases to exist.

Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny consciousness because it is the very essence of the one who denies it.

Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. Consciousness is everything. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The illusion hides the truth of the Advaita.

The invisible Soul becomes an illusion in waking (duality), and waking becomes the invisible Soul in deep sleep (nonduality).

The one that becomes the duality (waking or dream) and one that remains nondual in deep sleep is the invisible Soul, the Self.

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ ‘Brahmano hi pratisthaham’ ~ Brahman (God in truth) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When the Bhagavad Gita says that God is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material, then nothing has to be accepted as truth other than consciousness. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

Even the arguments that religions have been followed since time immemorial makes no difference to them because if people have believed a false thing over millions of years, the length of time does not prove it to be true.+

People all over the world in the past and present accepted the idea of the existence of God. The fear of the God injected by the religion was the root cause of worship, superstitions, and dogmas. The religious beliefs were passed on to the populace from one generation to the next generation.
Religion breeds superstition because religion is based on blind belief, not the truth. People all over the world in the past and present have accepted the idea of the existence of God.
The fear of the God injected by the religion was the root cause of worship, superstitions, and dogmas. The religious beliefs were passed on to the populace from one generation to the next generation.
Even the argument that religions have been followed since time immemorial makes no difference to them because if people have believed a false thing over millions of years, the length of time does not prove it to be true.
Religion causes one to become crippled, Self-mortifying and Self-deprecating is not a religion, but the social system of controlling the populace through psychological deformation and retardation.
Religions place God as diverse ideas and beliefs. Every religious believer has a different idea of God. Every man has a different idea of reality. There is a need to verify the facts about the religious Gods before accepting anything as God.
There is in religion the element of imagination and sentiments. The ordinary man is happy because religion gives him satisfaction and pleases his taste.
Every sect and creed concocts a God to suit its own purposes. Belief in such concocted Gods is a great hindrance in the pursuit of truth.
The man himself suggests that there must be a God. It is an auto-suggestion. Belief in religion weakens as man pays more attention to the facts of his practical life within the practical world.
An honest seeker of truth says that he has not seen God. He does not know God's capacities, what God can do, and what God cannot do. Therefore, any statement he might make about God would only be a lie.
The seeker of truth does not wish to tell a lie. Therefore, he does not accept God nor deny Him; he simply refuses to make any statement about God because he wants to discover what is supposed to be God. Without verification, he does not want to accept anything as truth.
Spirituality is a new religion. Advaita is pure spirituality. Advaita is truth beyond form, time, and space. Advaita is the invisible and unborn Spirit. The invisible Spirit is the universal God and God in truth.
Do not believe God in truth as a separate entity. Realize God in truth, is the cause of the existence of the universe in which we exist. God in truth should not be worshipped but realized right in this very life, not in the next life or next world. :~Santthosh Kumaar

Puranic karmas are not Vedic karmas as per Yajur Veda.:~

Sage Sankara gave religious, rituals, and dogmatic instruction to the populace, but Advaitic wisdom only to the few who could rise to it.

If you mix Advaitic orthodoxy with Advaitic wisdom, it creates confusion because they mix up the two viewpoints. Thus, they may assert that ritual is a means of realizing Brahman, which is absurd.

Indulging in Non -Vedic rituals(Puranic Rituals) in place of Vedic rituals are enveloped in still greater darkness, in other words, they are extremely foolish, fall into an awful hell of pain and sorrow, and suffer terribly for a long time."

Puranic karmas are not Vedic karmas as per Yajur Veda. The seeker of truth must know the difference between puranic karmas and Vedic karmas.

The Puranic karmas are introduced to suit the mass mindset of that time, by the founders of present-day Hinduism by keeping the Vedas as their base. They also introduced a new modified belief system on Puranic GODS with anew code of conduct to revive the Vedic religion, which was in ruins in the hands of Buddhism and Jainism.

Thus, present-day Hinduism with diverse beliefs is not the ancient  Sanatana Dharma or Vedic religion.

Thus, this hotchpotch ideology is the greatest obstacle in the realization of the ultimate truth. That is why Buddha rejected the Vedas.

Mundaka Upanishad condemns rituals:~ The Para or Higher knowledge is the knowledge of the Supreme Being while the Apara or Lower Knowledge is that of following sacrificial rites and ceremonies. (1/2/ 1 – 6)

Physical & mental disciplines such as Karma, Mantra Yoga, Yajna, Puja Japa Blind devotion to deity or Guru is not the tool for liberation or freedom from experiencing the dualistic illusion as a reality. It is a dualistic cult including Advaitic orthodoxy propagate this discipline. Such disciplines and code of conducts have no value if one is seeking ultimate truth or Brahman to get Nondualistic Self -awareness.

Mysticism, scriptural knowledge, and penance-based Scholasticism are a great hindrance to ‘Self –realization’. Inherited blind belief with corresponding actions based on scriptures, worship, ritual faith that imply certain mental and physical discipline, or scripture supporting the belief, faith, creed, ritual, theological knowledge personal or opinion leads to hallucinated knowledge. All these become a great hindrance in grasping, understanding, assimilating, and realizing the Advaitic or nondual truth.

Scriptural mastery including ancient Sastras, Tarka, and Samkhya disciplines to support Karmas & belief Bhakti Argument & interpretation with help of logic, grammar etc. to support beliefs, revelations, prayers etc. In addition, dogmas, theological or other based on authorities.

That is why Sage Sankara said:~ Neither by the practice of yoga nor philosophy, nor by good works nor by learning, does liberation come, but only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way.(1) Vivekachoodamani v 56, pg~25

Sage Sankara says:~ The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards are therefore addressed to an ignorant person.

Adhyasa Bhashya of Sage Sankara:~ As regards the rituals:~

Sage Sankara says that the person who performs rituals and aspires for rewards will view himself in terms of the caste into which he is born, his age, the stage of his life, his standing in society, etc. In addition, he is required to perform rituals all through his life. However, the Self has none of those attributes or tags. Hence, the person who superimposes all those attributes on the changeless, eternal Self and identifies Self with the body is confusing one for the other and is, therefore, an ignorant person. The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards, etc., are therefore addressed to an ignorant person. - Adhyasa Bhashya

Sage Sankara:~ (11.1) This ignorance (mistaking the body for Self) brings in its wake a desire for the well-being of the body, aversion for its disease or discomfort, fear of its destruction, and thus a host of miseries(anartha). This anartha is caused by projecting karthvya(“doer” sense) and bhokthavya (object) on the Atman. Sage Sankara calls this adhyasa. The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards, etc., are, therefore, he says, addressed to an ignorant person. - Adhyasa Bhashya

Sage Sankara:~ (11.2) In short, person who engages in rituals with the notion “I am an agent, doer, thinker”, according to Sage Sankara, is ignorant, as his behaviour implies a distinct, separate doer/agent/knower; and an object that is to be done/achieved/known. That duality is avidya, an error that can be removed by vidya. - Adhyasa Bhashya

Sage Sankara: ~ (12) Sage Sankara affirming his belief in one eternal unchanging reality (Brahman) and the illusion of plurality, drives home the point that Upanishads deal not with rituals but with the knowledge of the Absolute (Brahma vidya) and the Upanishads give us an insight into the essential nature of the Self which is identical with the Absolute, the Brahman. - Adhyasa Bhashya

Sage Sankara: ~ Atman, the Self is verily Brahman (God), being equanimous, quiescent, and by nature absolute Existence, Knowledge, and Bliss. Atman is not the body, which is non-existent itself. This is called true Knowledge by the wise. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

What is the use of doing Kriya yogas when ‘Self’ is not the body but the ‘Self’ is the Soul?+

If one could find the truth by just sitting and breathing up and down, it would have been so easy to find the truth. By breathing up and down or by holding the breath the ignorance will not vanish.

What is the use of doing Kriya yogas when ‘Self’ is not the body but the ‘Self’ is the invisible Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness? The invisible Soul does not breathe because it is the ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

All breath-based yogic techniques will not help you to get rid of ignorance. All yogic techniques are good only for keeping mental and physical health, nothing more.

The novice seekers must understand that yoga is all right in its places and that it is good at the beginning of the pursuit of truth, but when yoga is made ends in itself and not means to acquire the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Yoga and meditation are not useless; they are useful to bring the restless ego under control. Yoga and meditation are not final. Indulging in yoga and meditation it will lead not lead to the ultimate end of understanding.

Yoga cannot remove ignorance. It is only a step. It removes obstructions.

Sage Sankara definitely says that yoga is not the means of liberation (page 132-133 of his commentary on Brihadaranyakopanishad).

Ashtavakra says: - "This is your bondage, that you practice Samadhi or meditation.”

Remaining thoughtless in the waking experience is yogic Samadhi. Yogic Samadhi is not the Advaitic wisdom

Brih Upanishad: page 32. "Yoga does not yield truth or liberation."

One who is in Samadhi will not know that this universe as the consciousness; therefore, yoga is not the means to Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

In Samadhi the yogi knows nothing, sees no universe; so if there is nothing but blankness. The blankness is not the Advaitic wisdom.

The yogi does not know the nature of the universe. If the universe is not seen in the Samadhi, then there is no need to use the word Atman and Brahman. The yogi is unaware of the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

By shutting his eyes in Samadhi, the yogi does not know the universe, which confronts him. Hence, the universe can't be known as the Soul or the consciousness through yoga.

One is in a non-dual condition in deep sleep or Samadhi, One without a second, true, but he did not know it at the time. He says only in the waking experience afterward. Hence, there must be an inquiry so that you find non-duality whilst you are awake so that you can see nonduality at the time, not afterward. Hence, there is also a need to inquire into the nature of the universe and knowing it as the Soul or consciousness whilst one is awake and not during sleep or Samadhi.

Advaitic truth is the ultimate truth. Yogis, mystics, and religious teachers do not accept the path of wisdom because it pries into the truth, the source, and the validity of the knowledge they claim. Therefore, it is the most difficult part of the study of the Advaita.

That is why Sage Sankara said: ~VC-63 “Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the ‘Self’, how is one to achieve Liberation.

The universe in which we exist will not remain as reality when wisdom dawns. The universe is a mere mirage created out of consciousness and there is conscious awareness of unity in diversity because there is no second thing that exists other than consciousness.

Lord Krishna confesses that the oldest wisdom of India (Advaitic wisdom) has been lost: people misinterpret and falsify it today as they did then. It is not yoga but the philosophic truth. But nobody knows it. The teachers of philosophy and leaders of mysticism or religion do not want to inquire into truth and have no time for it. (Gita –Chap- IV-v.2)

In Gita Chap.IV where Lord Krishna says: ~ "This yoga has been lost for ages" The word yoga refers to Gnana yoga, not other yogas: the force of the word this is to point this out.

Lord Krishna describes some of the other yogas but devotes this chapter separately to Gnana Yoga. So one sees even in those ancient days people did not care for Advaita; they wanted religion; hence, Gnana got lost. That is why Krishna calls it "the supreme secret." Krishna points out that yoga must-see "Brahman in action."

Until a man is ripe to receive Self-knowledge, he will not be able to understand what I am saying.

Sage Sankara said:~ Neither by the practice of yoga nor philosophy, nor by good works nor by learning, does liberation come, but only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way. (1) Vivekachoodamani v 56, pg. 25

Sage Sankara: ~ VC Neither sacred baths nor any amount of charity nor even Hundreds of pranayamas* can give us the knowledge about our own Self. The firm experience of the nature of the Self is seen to proceed from inquiry along the lines of the salutary advice of the wise. (13)

Sage Sankara: ~ “The vital- air-Sheath cannot be the Self because it is the modification of air (Vayu). Like air, it enters the body and goes out of it, never knowing joy and sorrow like others. It is ever dependent on the Self. ~Viveka Chudamani 165-166

The breath, body, and the world are one in essence. That essence is formless consciousness. Consciousness (Soul) is the innermost Self. Breath, body, and the world are part and parcel of the illusion. By holding the breath (vital force) as Self, one cannot get rid of the ignorance.

Without getting rid of ignorance, Advaitic wisdom will not dawn. Advaitic wisdom dawns only when one realizes that form, time, and space are one in essence.

The truth- realization is very simple. We make it complicated by mixing diverse theories, ideologies, religions, and yoga.

All our accumulated knowledge is the greatest hindrance in the pursuit of truth. To realize the truth beyond form, time, and space, one must have the courage of Bhagavan Buddha.

Bhagavan Buddha got enlightenment only after dropping the religion, the Vedas, and the concept of God. To realize the Advaitic truth, there is no need to go from one mountain to another, one Ashram to another, or worship the Godmen or Guru as a God, or convert from one faith to another. The truth is universal. Anyone can realize it if has an intense urge.

There is no second thing that exists other than consciousness. In the world in which we exist, all our thoughts, words, beliefs, and experiences are nothing but consciousness. Realizing consciousness is everything is truth realization or Self-realization or God-realization. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
